Working principle
Air circuit control: The double H valve distributes and controls the compressed air received from the vehicle's air source system. When the driver operates the gearbox shift lever to switch between high and low gears, the shift control mechanism triggers the double H valve to operate. The double H valve has a precise air path channel and valve core structure inside, which can guide the compressed air to the corresponding high and low gear cylinders or air chambers in the gearbox according to the shift signal.
Position feedback: The double H valve also has a certain position feedback function. It can feedback to the vehicle's control system (such as the transmission control unit) whether it is currently in a high gear or a low gear state through the internal mechanical structure or sensor (if configured), so that the system can accurately monitor the working state of the gearbox and ensure the accuracy and safety of the shift operation.
