Transmitting power
In the clutch system of the vehicle, the hydraulic release bearing is a key component connecting the clutch pedal and the clutch release mechanism. When the driver steps on the clutch pedal, the pressure in the hydraulic system pushes the hydraulic release bearing, causing it to displace and transmit power to the clutch release fork, thereby realizing the clutch separation operation, cutting off the power transmission between the engine and the transmission, and facilitating gear shifting.
Reducing friction and wear
Low friction coefficient materials: The bearing is usually made of special low friction coefficient materials, such as high-performance oil-containing bearing materials or ceramics. These materials can effectively reduce the friction resistance of the bearing during operation, reduce energy loss, and improve transmission efficiency.
Good lubrication and sealing: The hydraulic release bearing is designed with a good lubrication system and sealing structure. Lubricating grease can form an oil film when the bearing is running, further reducing the friction coefficient, while preventing dust, impurities, etc. from entering the bearing, reducing the risk of wear and corrosion, and extending the service life of the bearing.
